We offer psychiatric medication management, a program that gives patients comprehensive, personalized mental health treatment using common psychiatric medications.
Our world-class medical team becomes your in-house doctor, providing you with holistic collaborative care.
You receive high-quality, on-demand virtual psychiatric care personalized to your unique needs and preferences.
Our medical team has both the knowledge of conventional medications and emerging medicines, enabling us to support you with the highest level of care.
Led by Dr. Kyle Lapidus MD PhD, our medical team takes on all medical aspects of patients’ treatment plan including screening, prescriptions, outcome monitoring and psychiatric medication management. We closely partner with the therapists in our network through collaborative care, becoming their in-house doctor and providing a dedicated care team for their clients.
Become a PatientWhen you require psychiatric medication, you can choose Journey Clinical to become your primary mental health provider. We can then evaluate and prescribe psychiatric medications for you within our collaborative care model.
We can prescribe a full range of psychiatric medications, including common antidepressants such as SSRIs, SNRIs, TCAs, MAOIs, and atypical antidepressants. Other examples are anxiolytics, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, additional agents, benzodiazepines, stimulants, hypnotics, and ketamine.
After your intake consultation to develop your personalized treatment plan, you’ll schedule 30-minute monthly appointments for as long as you’re enrolled in the Psychiatric Medication Management program. These appointments can be combined with your KAP medical appointments (if enrolled), but they will be more frequent and go deeper.
The cost of our Psychiatric Medicine Management program is $250* for the initial medical appointment, and then $150* per monthly appointment afterwards (you will be responsible for any medication costs). Depending on your provider, these visits may be covered in part or in full by insurance.
If you're already enrolled in KAP, your follow-up appointments will cover both KAP and Psychiatric Medication Management. The cost will be $338* for the initial medical appointment, and $298* for any follow up in which both KAP and your traditional medications are assessed.
